By far the best I've experienced in Louisville and Paducah. Customer service get a 10 out of 10. The owner is on-site and very friendly. Everyone is having fun and my truck looks like it came off the floor! I will be back everytime and highly recommend you all to do so as well!

I am not taking my cars anywhere else because, because after taking two cars in for two different services, I think this is hands down the best car wash in Louisville. The prices are beyond fair, the owner is outside doing quality checks to ensure everything is done correctly, everyone working there is super friendly and professional, and these guys are meticulous with ensuring the car is nearly perfect when you pull out of the lot. If you are like me and cringe whenever you pull into a machine wash, this is the place to go.. I recently took my wife’s Subaru in for full detail and can confidently say for the price and quality of service, other detail shops in Jefferson County can’t touch these guys. Like any car used for lugging kids and dogs around, it was disgustingly dirty. Still, Cash, who was taking the lead on the detail, somehow got the interior cleaner than when I bought the car two and a half years ago and somehow got the engine bay looking like it just rolled off the factory line.

Great service, they will have your car looking brand new! The staff is super friendly and the prices are good too. $25 for inside and out, $10 for just the outside. Kind of a long wait but definitely worth it!

Are you particular about who cleans your car? Want high-attention to detail? I found out that the owner and staff at Hand Car Wash care as much as I do. I've lived in LA, Chicago, Atlanta--have experience with many auto detailing services--and can confirm that the staff here are absolute pros. My car was cleaned inside and out in just 30 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and the price is very reasonable. I'm happy to support a local business that delivers excellent service.

My first time visiting this carwash and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I don't take my "weekend" car through the regular carwash for obvious reasons and they handled my baby with care. 5 STARS to the entire HAND Car Wash team!
